A Place for Coffee Lovers.

well, if you are a coffee lover, i would highly recommend you a place called ikopi. although it's not as famous as starbucks, coffee bean or san francisco coffee, ikopi has its specialty and uniqueness of its own. ikopi located at No. 6, 1st Floor Jln Panggong, 50000 K.L. it's located very near petaling street.

why i said it has its own uniqueness? well, compared with other coffee house, ikopi has a better atmosphere, for you to just sit down to have a peaceful evening and to chill by yourself or with a companion.unlike other coffee house where there were many ppl having their own chatting session, it will end up being very noisy.so...there goes your peaceful time to enjoy a good cup of coffee.


ikopi also has a very special type of decorations. there were displays of various types of:

the staff said that initially this kind of cups are meant for coffee; not tea.hmmm...

coffee pots

coffee drip. (they used cold, NOT hot water!)

espresso machines

and an old style coffee maker!




my favourite drink from ikopi is their ice coffee float.yea, i know it sounds...NORMAL. but the way they make it is really different.one thing that really amazed me that even their ice cubes are made of coffee! in other words, they will freeze the coffee 1st.i think the main purpose of this is so that the taste of the coffee will not be less tasteful even if the ice melts.
