it's now 4.16 in the morning. while i was reading my subject guide, i realised that i need to search for an article for this area of law.so it explains why im now online. when i was reading textbook, articles...now i know how messed up some ares of laws in UK (well, that shows that they are not that great anyway) im just so frustrated now; why are there so many UNsolved areas? UK Parliament attempt to reform the law by initiating a new Act of Parliament, yet there are still defects in the so-called reform.now my mind is fraught with questions: especially WHY?! there are answers and opinions by academicians..but some are conflicting each other! i know that law is like this, it's all about arguing ur point out.BUT, almost always, WHY will still fill my mind. yet i cant seem to find the answers.
