V stands for Vampire.the reason why this name was chosen, is because they want to change public's perception towards people that choose dancing as a career. public usually perceive that dancers are akin to hoodlums/samseng etc. in simpler terms..."pai kia" larh...same as public's perception that vampires are BAD. but the fact is that not all vampires are bad! (an example...from twilight series..hehehee) same as being a dancer, does not necesarrily that they are bad.
although this is my first time attending this type of press conference, and i have no freaking idea how a press conference are actually like..i feel that V's show was amazing. it's very creative, bearing in mind that the decorations were done by V themselves, helped by their Tren Crew.
their show started off with all the lights off, then some background music were played, followed by a group of ppl dressed in all black, carrying a candle. then the background dancers make their appearance.few seconds later...V emerged from their own individual coffins. i have to say, i was surprise to see them using a coffin (a western style coffin though).i mean, u know..usually chinese are quite pantang about this kind of thing.
they started off with the song titled 暴风雪, followed by Show Me Your Love. Both songs were awesome and their dance moves are great! i have to say that it's definitely worth buying their EP, which only cost RM23.90, their songs are suitable for youths. If you like their songs, do purchase their EP and spread the news about this hot new band in Malaysia! (:
