am i stupid or wat?

well, last sunday we had our lectures as usual from 11.45-7.30pm. and land law is my 1st lecture of the day. i reached college at about 11, so i hang around outside the library, which is near the reception table plus the staff room. i was just surfing the net to kill some time. then at about 11.30, my land lecturer-mrX (currentlly the lecturer that i had a "thing" for, just came out from the elevator, walking towards the staff room. and...that time there were this group of indian girls that were sitting beside we were getting excited or sth.so...im not the only one.anyway, later wendy came out from the library and we were just talking.then mrX came out from the staffroom n sit near the receptionist table.then out came another lecturer of mine. msM that greeted him and later came over to talk to us. and, that time it was quite quiet, so it's quite obvious tat he's able to listen to our conversation.then msM asked us how's part1 etc etc and asking us what class we will be having later.then wendy answered Land, which i assume mrX heard. so...he knew we are his students.

BUT the main point is, after msM left, wendy caught mrX checking out this hot indian girl from my class, and she used her eye to signal it to me.UNFORTUNATELY, that eye signal was caught by mrX too. well, we were giggling quite loud that time, and i assume that he knew that we were talking about him. later we were suppose to our class and we were waiting for the elevatorwith tat hor girl.and, i dunno whether it's fortunately or unfortunately, we knew the girl, and we just chat, and over some issue we laughed quite loud too.and, obviously mrX then knew that all of us knew each other.

anyways, mrX did not only taught us land, but evidence as well.the topic we were suppose to learn that day is "hearsay", to make it easy, it simply means out of court statement.and mrX is in the opinion that usually such statements were made by a women, since women likes to gossip (his opinion). then while citing some case law, he then went on to said that he encountered such incidents before.the moment he said that; i turned to wendy and mouthed "ohMYGOD! IS HE TALKING ABOUT US??" BUT, before he was able to continue his story, then he seems to realised that we are also in his evidence class.so he ended up not telling the story.

WELL, the WHOLE POINT is...it seems that now, the lecturer that i had a "thing" on...had a bad impression towards him, cos he might think that we were gossiping about him.then there is a probability that he might think that when we were at the elevator with that hot girl, when we were laughing, he might think that we told her about the whole incident.WHICH WE DID NOT! well...i guess that's about. am i stupid or wat?
